Transferrable Guarantee We are looking to have the garage roof done on the side of the house, so we can sell the property. Can you tell me if your Basecare guarantees are transferrable to the new house owners?
The answer is yes, you can transfer the Basecare warranty to another person, simply give us a call quoting the Basecare certificate number and we'll do the rest.
