For a small shop, the practical routes today are mechanical recycling, where offcuts are shredded into filler or reinforcement for other products, and cement kiln co-processing, where the glass acts as feedstock and the resin gives off energy. Availability depends heavily on your region and volume, and many shops still find general waste is the only nearby option. It is worth separating your composite waste from general rubbish and keeping it clean and dry, because that keeps the recycling door open if a local collector exists.
