How to apply for the standard Basecare guarantee
What do I need
In order to register for the standard Basecare guarantee you will first need to record some important details from your project using the Allbase products.
- Project location details and names and contact information of your customer if this was a contractor installation
- Dates when the project was undertaken
- Temperature and weather conditions for the time spent on the project.
- Batch numbers of the materials used on the project.
- Specifics of the installation like the type substrate used if it was a roofing project
- Images from the project (optional)
Register online
Basecare registrations can be made online. simply visit the Basecare registration section on the Allbase website, select the product you used in your project and follow the online application filling in as much information as possible. Applications can take up to 7 working days to process and we may need to contact you with any additional questions we may have.
Register offline
Basecare registrations can also be made by downloading and printing out an application form from the website. Fill out the information and post it back to us within 14 days of the installation. Applications will take slightly longer, please allow up to 14 working days from our receipt of application.
